Whether you are setting up a new Corporation, a Limited Liability Company, a Limited Partnership or a non-profit Corporation, NATCO can assist you. Nevada Agency and Transfer Company has been in the business of providing Registered Agent services since 1903. Whether you are establishing a new company in Nevada, or registering your out-of-state company as a foreign entity in Nevada, you will need to appoint a Registered Agent as your Nevada business address for service of process. When you contact our office to establish a new entity, we will prepare and send you a quote for services along with all of the necessary documents to proceed.
Reinstatements
Our office excels at assisting clients re-establish entities that are in default or have been revoked with the Nevada Secretary of State. We will research the required fees and prepare the applicable paperwork to bring the entity into good standing with the state, and send it electronically to expedite the process.
Annual Filings
Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes, every company is required to file annual updates with the Nevada Secretary of State. As your Registered Agent, Nevada Agency and Transfer Company will prepare and send you paperwork well in advance of your renewal date to eliminate the potential of unintentional late filings.
Supplemental Filings
We regularly assist clients with preparing supplemental filings through the year. Our office will complete name reservations, and we assist in preparing all state documents including but not limited to, Certificates of Amendment to the Articles, Certificates of Good Standing, Articles of Merger, Articles of Conversion, Certificates of Designation, Certificates of Dissolutions and Certificates of Withdrawal. Our staff will prepare and provide a quote for additional services in advance.
Mail Forwarding
We provide mail forwarding services on a regularly scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).
Minute Books
Keep all of your corporate records in a single location. Minute Books are available to consolidate a copy of all of your corporate records, initial stock certificates, corporate seal, stock ledger, and corporate minutes.
Service of Process
On the same day that we receive items for Service of Process as your Registered Agent, the documents will be forwarded by courier to your address of record.
